The benefits would be to keep more young livestock alive which leads to more income. It could also lead to the opening of markets in Bolivia (perhaps outside) in meat and wool or its by-products. Each corral costs around $1500 USD for materials and transport to the area (because of the remoteness). Fence posts and barbed wire are also included in this project to corral the male llamas. There would be the need for 3 of these at this time. This could also give teams for NA opportunity to participate in this type of building projects, working alongside the Bolivians in the construction of these corrals. Total cost of project 3 corrals x $1600.00 = $4800.00| Greg and Lily Muir | PIONEERS CANADA | PIONEERS USA | CANADIAN CONTACT INFO: |
